Getting Help at the Poker Table

If something goes wrong mid-hand — a disconnection, a bet that did not register, or a payout query — our support team can pull the hand log for that session. Reach us through live chat inside your account, and keep your table ID and approximate round time ready so we can locate the hand quickly.

Team online

Live Chat

Open live chat from your account menu while the poker lobby is still on screen. Share the table name and round time for the fastest resolution on any disputed hand.

Hand Log Requests

Every dealt hand is logged on our end. If a round result looks off, request a hand log review through live chat and our team will check the dealer feed against the recorded outcome.

Account Verification Help

Withdrawals after a live poker session go through the same KYC check as any payout. If your account verification is pending, our support team walks you through the document steps.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play at Our Live Poker Tables

Live poker outcomes depend entirely on the physical cards dealt by the dealer on camera — there is no RNG involved. We source tables only from studios that publish their shuffle and cut procedures, and Evolution's live rooms operate under the studio certifications that studio carries publicly. You can verify the dealer and table ID in the game window at any time.

Physical Card Dealing

Every hand is dealt with a physical deck on a real felt table, streamed live. No algorithm generates the cards — what the camera shows is what determines the outcome.

Evolution Studio Standards

Evolution's live poker rooms follow the studio's own published dealing and shuffle protocols. Table certification details are visible within the Evolution game interface itself.

Pragmatic Play Live Audit Trail

Pragmatic Play Live operates its dealer studios under the provider's own compliance framework. Round results are recorded and retrievable if a payout dispute is raised through our support team.

Transparent Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each live poker table are displayed on the lobby tile before you enter. No hidden limits appear after you sit — what the tile shows is what applies.

Live Poker Tables Inside happy88

Our live poker section carries Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold'em — all dealt by human dealers in real time via HD stream. Evolution handles the high-traffic rooms; Pragmatic Play Live brings its own dealer studios with slightly different bet ranges and table layouts. Each table shows the current bet limits before you sit, so you pick the right

level without any guesswork. Players in Kota Bharu access the same full lobby as anywhere else in Malaysia — no regional table restrictions on our end. Hand history is visible after every round, and the video feed stays stable even on a mobile connection.

Live Poker Terms You Should Know

New to live poker or just brushing up? These are the terms that come up most often at the table — each one explained in plain language so you can follow the action without stopping to search.

01
What is Casino Hold'em in live poker?

Casino Hold'em is a live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build the best five-card hand using shared community cards and your two hole cards.

02
What does 'ante' mean at a live poker table?

The ante is a mandatory opening bet you place before any cards are dealt. It starts the pot and signals your intention to play that round — you cannot receive cards without placing it first.

03
What is the 'AA Bonus' side bet in Casino Hold'em?

The AA Bonus is an optional side bet that pays out if your two hole cards plus the three community cards contain a pair of aces or better, independent of whether you beat the dealer's main hand.

04
What does 'fold' mean in live dealer poker?

To fold is to surrender your hand and forfeit the ante bet for that round. You do this when your hole cards are weak and you do not want to risk a larger call bet against the dealer's hand.

05
What is 'Three Card Poker' and how does it differ from Hold'em?

Three Card Poker is a faster live poker format where both you and the dealer receive only three cards each. Hands are ranked differently — a straight beats a flush because three-card straights are harder to make.

06
What does KYC mean when withdrawing live poker winnings?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step required before processing a withdrawal. You submit a copy of your ID so the account payout matches the verified account holder.

Live Poker Questions We Hear Most

These are the questions we get most often from people exploring the live poker section for the first time — or coming back after a gap. Straightforward answers, no filler.

We carry Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker and Ultimate Texas Hold'em from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Table availability and bet limits are shown on each lobby tile before you enter the room.

Yes — the live poker lobby runs in your mobile browser without needing a separate download. The dealer stream and betting controls resize to fit your screen automatically on both Android and iOS devices.

Cards are dealt physically by a human dealer on camera in a certified studio. There is no algorithm — the camera feed is the record. You can see the table ID and dealer name in the game window throughout each session.

Each table tile in the lobby shows the minimum and maximum bet before you enter. Limits vary by table type and studio — Evolution rooms typically offer a wider range of stake levels than single-studio variants.

If you disconnect during a live hand, the game server holds your last registered bet action. Reconnect as quickly as possible, then contact live chat with the table name and approximate time if the round result is unclear.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If you are in a supported region such as Kota Bharu or elsewhere in Malaysia, the live poker lobby appears in your account after you log in.
